Notar o nuance do azul do
Nesses últimos dias, conheci pessoas que me inspiraram e
impulsionaram meus sonhos.
importa é a felicidade.

Long ago,
my suitcase for two weeks was the same as I was obliged to make for an exchange
year. Today, I replaced it for a backpack. It may seem banal, but it means a
lot to me.
I found out
that the journey is much more than monuments and statues. Traveling it is to
meet people, and with them, get to know ourselves. At the moment where I
stopped looking for touristic sights and let the wind take me was the most
amazing one that have ever happened in my life. Noting the nuance of the blue
of the sky in different parts of the world, the smell of the cities, their
people: there is no better way to enjoy a trip.
Recently, I
have met people who inspired me and fueled my dreams. Those people who also
have substituted their suitcase for a backpack, and their routine and comfort
to get to experience different cultures. It is amazing and funny to talk and
realize that the world really is small: a Canadian who is making a backpack
trip through Europe and made an exchange in Brazil, a Chinese who studies in
Singapore and is doing an exchange in Finland, a British that takes life traveling. You may not notice, but they are
everywhere seeking the same thing: to get lost in this world in order to find
their own horizons.
That idea
of studying years to get professional success still remains on me, but with a
very small importance. I have seen that the world has much more to offer than
money, and that what does really matter is happiness. I have known so many
people doing what they love, professions that are normally considered bad for
its economic return, and because they are good at it, they have enough to live
and realize their dreams.
I asked a
German what was his next destination, and he said " I'm in the path of the
sun, wherever it goes, so will I. " And that's how I want to be going
forward: guided by the Sun and the Moon, without the fear of losing myself,
because I know that is so, within the silence of my being, that I will find
increasingly that wonderful world that awaits me.
